Our May meeting will be the second installment of our presentations on Storage. Tom Wellen, P.E., the Manager of Fire Protection Engineering in AFSA’s Technical Services Department will present on Advanced Storage.
Tom holds a bachelor of science degree in Engineering Technology, Fire Protection and Safety Technology from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, and is actively involved with NFPA and SFPE. He has over 20 years of designing, testing, reviewing, and engineering experience. He is a registered fire protection engineer in California and Texas. Wellen serves on committees for the NFPA 13, NFPA 14, NFPA 20, and NFPA 101 standards
This is a great presentation for designers, project managers and others of all experience levels to get in-depth information on Advances Storage code and practices. We encourage everyone who came out for our first session to join us again and grow your knowledge on the subject!
This event will be held at The Pressroom Restaurant in Lancaster, PA. It will begin at 10am and run until 3pm with lunch being provided. (Sandwich Station, Salad, Chips, Beverages).
